I love to use aromatherapy Relaxing Bath Oil for either PMS and/or relieving anxiety. This is my favorite:
- 3 drops cypress oil
- 5 drops German chamomile oil
- 10 drops geranium oil
- 15 drops lavender oil
- 4ounces almond oil
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a dark, glass bottle. When ready to use, pour under running bath water.
