I am devoting an entire week to “Packed Lunches” because it’s an area that could do with a huge makeover for many of us. Learning how to pack a healthy & nutritious lunch for you and your family is not only incredibly easy, but can also wind up saving you a lot of money.

Most of us live life on the go nowadays. Gone are the days when we used to sit down for a dignified lunch at home – at best we hit a cafe or restaurant for a quickie, but most of us grab a bite when we can, which is when we’re on the go. Chomping away mindlessly on a sandwich while scrolling through our Facebook updates, or catching up on a missed episode on Netflix is now the norm.

Aside from the expense of grabbing to-go food, eating on the run can wreck havoc on your digestion, and can pack on unwanted pounds. So, this week I’m going to give you tips and recipes every day to help you make some significant changes toward better health.

It’s back-to-school time for most kids. My daughter heads back next week, so it’s back to the grind of dreaming up lunches that will delight and nourish our kids – easier than you think!
