Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup dried, unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Soak the cashews and sunflower seeds for 20 minutes in separate bowls of 2 cups of water each.
- Drain the cashews and sunflower seeds. Pat them dry and lay them on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are just about to turn brown. Remove and allow them to cool.
- When the nuts and seeds are completely cool, place them in a canister along with the other ingredients and mix well.
- Serves 4
