Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews, presoaked overnight
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoon tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dulse flakes
- 1/2 cup oil-preserved sun-dried tomatoes
- One package organic mung bean pasta
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients except the pasta in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain, place back in the saucepan, and gently combine with the creamy sauce. Heat the mixture up over low heat, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
