Who can resist a coffee blended ice drink in the morning? Here’s a much healthier version of your favorite frozen drink that you can make at home, be healthy and save money.
Cinnamon Mocha Frappuccino Drink
- 2 cups non-dairy milk of your choice (try So Delicious Coconut or Almond)
- 2 tsp instant coffee (or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee)
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- 2 pitted dates or A few drops of Stevia, or 1 tbsp Yacon syrup
- Whipped soy or rice cream
- Organic chocolate syrup
- A pinch of cinnamon
Green Tea Frappuccino
- 2 cups non dairy milk
- 3 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- a minute pinch of sea salt
- A few drops of Stevia, or 1 tbsp Yacon syrup
- Whipped soy or rice cream
- 1 tsp coconut shreds
Directions for a Cinnamon Mocha Blended Ice Drinks
Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Pour into large ice cube trays. Freeze until slushy. Either toss into blender again, or pour directly into tall glass. Top with cream, choc syrup and cinnamon.
