A super easy inexpensive Mother’s Day gift is NUTS! Keep Mom healthy by encouraging her to eat tons of walnuts and almonds – both contain cancer-fighting compounds and provide a protein-packed treat.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Met 2 tbsp coconut oil + 2 tbsp maple syrup + 2tsp ground cinnamon in a small pan.
Add 2 cups of raw walnuts or almonds
Place in oven for about 10-15 minutes, but keep checking as they easily burn!
Allow them to cool.
Store up to 3 weeks in air-tight container or mason jar.
