The great thing about smoothies is you can pack a lot of your daily nutrients including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, probiotics, super foods etc. with out cook a five course meal. Smoothies can also be a go to snack when you are craving something sweet. I’m loving The Hippy Homemaker‘s chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 – 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder (depending on how dark you want your chocolate)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Add all your ingredients into your blender on high until smooth and creamy.
