The biggest and widest purpose of yoga practice is to teach us to be radically present.
“Radically” because being present is the most radical thing a human being can do. And “present” because this moment is all there is.
I like to say: Life is simple. Do what you are doing when you are doing it. Feel what you are feeling when you are feeling it. Be kind.”
If we make this the foundation of our practice, our heart will open and we will connect with ourselves and others in unimaginable ways.
