With these healthy holiday swaps, we can make a huge difference in the way you cook and feed yourself, family and friends this holiday season. Some very easy swaps are marshmallows – Go for Dandies instead (they’re non-GMO, but there is some sugar). If you’re cooking with chocolate, go for Lily’s Sweets (it’s the very best).
