Let’s put my 2-decade career as a certified holistic nutritionist and health coach to work together. Over the course of three sessions, we’ll work one-on-one to develop your own, bespoke wellness practice to meet your goals!
It has been my honor to work with individuals, probably a lot like you, to transform their wellness inside and out for nearly twenty years. Because we can’t do it alone! Having “the knowledge to be well” is very different than “being well” - So let’s combine our strengths and do it together.
Here’s how it works:
3-Session Consultation - $290.00
Let’s work together to set wellness goals, create actionable strategies, and measure the results. Once you purchase your consultation package and book your first 60-minute session, you and I will meet via video conference or over the phone to get to know each other! Think of this as your “evaluation” - I want to know about your lifestyle, habits, preferences and goals, so get ready to be honest (in a very safe space)! After your initial consultation + evaluation, I’ll go work my magic to create a wellness strategy that incorporates everything we discussed. This could me a meal plan, a fitness schedule, a lifestyle overhaul - Whatever you need to create a plan that assists you in meeting your goals. Then, we’ll have a 15-minute consultation to review the strategy so you can ask any questions, create a plan-of-attack and set some short-term goals we can achieve together. After you’ve worked with our strategy for a few weeks, we’ll get together once more for 30-minutes to see how your doing! How’s the strategy working? How are you feeling? How are you doing towards your goals? I want you to leave your 3-session consultation feeling equipped with the skills and tools you need to maintain healthy habits for life!
