Natural Calm by Natural Vitality

A few years ago, a very dear friend of mine was having some sleep issues.

More specifically, she was struggling to get to sleep. Quieting her mind seemed impossibly, and she lay awake well into the night, often tossing and turning endlessly.

So, I started doing some major research, and that’s when I first found Natural Calm by Natural Vitality. I knew magnesium had some pretty amazing properties (relieving muscle aches and spasms, regulating calcium, potassium and sodium levels, promoting healthy bone density …), but the question was how to best take it. Magnesium also helps with digestion (by relieving constipation, if you catch my drift), so finding the appropriate dosage is key.

Enter Natural Calm by Natural Vitality. This product really is a game changer, and I’m a huge advocate for a jar of Calm in every house. Here’s the deal: Natural Calm promotes healthy magnesium levels and regulates calcium intake—helping you to feel less stressed and more relaxed.

Stress management is all about balance…In so many ways. But let’s talk about stress at the cellular level for a second. When we experience “stress,” our cells take in calcium to create an action state. Magnesium helps balance calcium at the cellular level, helping to promote a stable energy level and relieve stress at peak moments.

Most people, especially vegans worry they aren’t getting enough calcium, but it’s as important that we get enough magnesium.

Using Natural Calm could not be more simple: It comes in a fine powder, that you mix with warm water, and drink. That’s it. When the Natural Calm powder mixes with water, it’s naturally effervescent, and has a FABULOUS flavor.

And here’s why I think Natural Calm should be in every house: One dose before bedtime ALWAYS helps me sleep. In times of high-stress (like the holidays … hint hint), I use it every night. But you can also take Natural Calm when needed. I think of it as a wellness tool.
