I love this cashew “cheese” dip – It’s so satisfying, and honestly, I love to have this dip with some chopped veggies and pita. It’s a major crowd pleaser, and I know you’re going to love it too!

BlendTec Blender

Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
2 cups raw cashews
Lemon Juice
Soak your cashew nuts overnight (or 2hrs at the minimum)
Add cashews and about a half cup of water and blend
Add seasoning (1 tsp nutritional yeast, dash of garlic + onion powder, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice and little bit of salt) and blend!
