Toasted Coconut & Millet Granola

This granola recipe is everything. It’s absolutely delicious, and it’s full of protein and fiber, you’re going to go bananas for it. I always enjoy a big handful over fresh berries and So Delicious coconut milk!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 c. rolled oats
• 1 c. millet
• 1 c. coconut chips
• 1 c. sliced almonds
• 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
• 1/2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1/2 c. peptios
• 3/4 c. raw coconut oil
• 1/2 c. maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
• Melt coconut oil and syrup over low heat on the stove
• In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, mixing well
• Drizzle coconut oil + syrup over remaining ingredients and mix until well-coated
• Spread mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet
• Cook for 40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes so your granola is evenly browned
• Enjoy with fresh berries and coconut milk
