Alright, guys. Let’s talk about What I Eat In A Day. As a certified holistic nutrition and a huge advocate for eating a plant-based diet, I wanted to share with you some of the dietary staples I eat almost everyday. These are vegan options that are super healthy, and are great if you’re looking to lose weight, lower your blood sugar, and live longer. I always have a bag of frozen organic berries in my freezer for smoothies and fruit compotes (and you definitely want to buy organic berries because of the pesticides used today).
