Today, so excited to be chatting with you about your wellness goals. Think of me as your personal Health Coach! There are so many ways to be “well” or to practice wellness, so today I’m starting by talking about my dietary philosophy, which is a “plant-based diet.” That basically means I’m vegan, but without the stigmas and with a little more flexibility. I truly believe that all is use need to be eating more plants! I know that not everyone wants an “extreme” wellness approach, so plant-based is a great option, because it’s just a reminder to go for the fruits and veggies!
