I love eating on a plant-based diet. I started being “vegan” about three years ago, and truly I’ve never felt better. Today I’m taking some of your questions, and having a really honest conversation about how I get my protein from plants. The reality is that you actually get way more protein than you need in a typical diet – The American obsession with protein is really interesting.
